Farrell Fine Homes is a full service real estate brokerage firm serving Maricopa County. We have a qualified and professional team of both listing and buyer specialists.
Echo Farrell is the designated broker and owner of Farrell Fine Homes, with over 25 years as a marketing professional and another 10 as a residential realtor. Not one to shy away from hard work, Echo has the compassion and knowledge to work with the many homeowners, second home owners, and investors who are now facing financial uncertainty.
The bubble of 2004-2005 caught many hard working families off guard. Many realtors (both listing agents and buyer specialists) shy away from short sales. The buyer specialist may say to their client – this will take forever to get through the bank, and there are no guarantees you’ll get the home. Let’s make an offer on a sure thing.
On the other hand the listing agent, not knowing how to properly work a short sale, simply won’t take on your listing (too much work) or doesn’t have the knowledge and experience to talk with you in real terms. They may have an idea of a short sale from what they’ve heard through the media or the barrage of info coming thru the internet. This does not make an expert.
Echo has taken the necessary steps to reach the pinnacle of real estate education by securing her broker’s license in 2008. Rather than work with name brand companies with their set of rules, Echo opened Farrell Fine homes with an emphasis on working with buyers interested in purchasing short sales on real estate owned (bank owned properties) and assisting sellers who’s continued ownership of their home is uncertain.
"A complete understanding of the mortgage crisis is critical. When our sellers realize that we have more knowledge than the press and that they are not alone, this gives them confidence and hope. We are your advocates as well as your real estate professionals."
Karen Warren began her real estate career in 1984 during another period of real estate uncertainty, and thus is no stranger to the needs and concerns of individuals facing issues with their real estate investments.
She is a hands-on real estate professional dedicated to providing the highest quality of service while at the same time remaining empathetic to her clients issues. While other real estate agents balk at assisting homeowners facing the potential loss of their home or investment, Karen continues to be committed to helping as many of these individuals as possible retain their financial dignity.
“I want the homeowner to know that they don’t have to face their problem alone. Our team will be with them through the entire process to show them that there is at light at the end of the tunnel."
